Protect yourself from cash-on-delivery non-pickups.

DeliveryGuard creates a card confirmation before shipping.

Delivery successful → funds released
Package refused → shipping cost charged

No credit card • Active in 2 minutes

Card confirmation for cash-on-delivery orders. Customer doesn't pay upfront — but confirms they'll pick up the package.

Stop paying for other people's no-shows.

DeliveryGuard doesn't ask for promises.

It asks for financial confirmation.

How it works

01

Create a confirmation

Enter the order value and shipping cost. DeliveryGuard generates a unique link and QR code for the customer.

02

Customer confirms with card

Customer clicks the link and enters their card. Funds are reserved (not charged) as financial confirmation.

03

System decides automatically

Package picked up → funds are released. Package refused → cost is charged. Track everything in your DeliveryGuard account.

Will some customers drop off?

Yes — and that's expected. Customers who have no intention of picking up often drop off before you ship. Fewer non-pickups, less lost shipping costs.

Customers who plan to pick up have no problem confirming with a card.

Why DeliveryGuard exists?

With cash-on-delivery, every refused package means a direct cost for the seller. DeliveryGuard solves this by requiring card confirmation before shipping. When there's real financial commitment, frivolous orders simply disappear. DeliveryGuard isn't a document — it's real financial confirmation.

— Bogdan, Founder

Frequently asked questions

The authorization (hold) reserves funds on the customer's card for 7 days without charging. The customer sees a pending transaction, but funds aren't taken. When you mark delivery as successful, funds are released. When you mark as not picked up, funds are charged and go to your DeliveryGuard Wallet.
